President’s–Reenie
Thank you to everyone that came out to open the pool
Secretary’s–Kristy
We are currently at 56 Memberships. 17 Couples & 39 Families. We have 18 New Memberships. We have sold 25 Guest Passes. I have received the $2,500 check from Sabatini Foundation they just request a document showing what we spent it on. We cancelled Trash which cost aprox $314 a summer and we have added 2 Trash bins to Ken’s house which is costing about $25. The lifeguards will just need to walk them over on Thursday’s and bring them back over Friday. Ken rekeyed our locks so we saved money there also.
Tecumseh South is requesting a Donation. We will donate another $100 off a NEW Membership.
Website & Facebook have been updated. Dustin Fluke is still working on a brand new Website.
Treasurer’s–Karla
Current Balance is $10,759.89. Kristy is making a Deposit on Friday of Aprox $5,000.00
Maintenance–Ken & Mike
Dan Van House is meeting EcoLab at the pool tomorrow 6/9 at 10am to see if they can install a system that will monitor our levels. He has used them before & its free as long as we use their chemicals which is cheaper then Swims & Sweeps.
Kristy checked into Chlorine at Sam’s and it is more expensive. We currently pay $213 for 100lbs. Sam’s is $109.98 for 50lbs.
Event Organizer–Martie
Martie is checking into having a Zumba class. We also discussed having the Movie Night after the middle of July in hopes of maybe getting more people to come. Michelle & Barbara would like to have a Adult Only Night & a Teen Party. They will spearhead those 2 parties and let us know.
Life Guard–Elana & Katelyn
Since we have so many new members the lifeguards need to be checking Membership cards and introducing themselves to the families. It would be great if all the Board Members introduce themselves when they are there.
Old Business
a. Chairs–Dan Van House checked into these. The inserts to replace are aprox $70 a chair. The website is www.patiodirectonline.com/sling_fabrics
New Business
Suggestion was to sell Advertising Signs to local businesses. Michelle & Barbara will be checking into the cost of the signs & contact businesses. Fast Signs & B&B Signs (357-0929)
