A couple of people have called her to join pool in the last couple of weeks

A couple of people didn’t know about BBQ so not sure if emails are going to SPAM. No other suggestions on how to contact
Treasurer’s–Karla
See Budget. Current Balance is $6,585.92 really low compared to previous years. She thinks she will only have about $1,500 to start for next year. Karla questions what happens if we don’t have enough money to run pool? Who owns it if we shut down? No one knows. Need to possibly get something to school to get new families. Do we want to send out something to current members asking for suggestions? Yes–Ask for feedback on making it enjoyable. We need to have Swims & Sweeps winterize because we think there is still a leak. We only have enough chemicals to last a week. It costs $50 to buy more chemicals. We can’t afford to buy any more chemicals. Mike will go look to see how much chemicals are at different locations. Possibly pay upto $100 for chemicals. If not Mike will let us know when we need to shut the pool down. We will add next year that if you have your registration post marked by May 15th it is $290 after that $300. $210 for Couple and $220 after May 15th. Kristy will contact all PTO Presidents and offer to donate $100 off a membership for their school auctions. Kristy will also get flyers to the schools if we can find someone to make aprox 1000 copies. Make some cardstock copies and get one to Gwen Elliott to post at her work.
Maintenance–Ken & Mike
Thought Lifeguards did great job this year. Did a great job this year. Members even commented on how good they did.
Event Organizer–Mindy
No more pool parties scheduled for the rest of year. Fee for lifeguard at pool party will be $30. That will just be cash going to lifeguard.
Life Guard–Elana & Katelyn
Both are coming back next year
Old Business
a. Update on Pool Repair Bills
We didn’t have to pay for the Swim School but everything else we had to pay for. We are holding off on the repair of the light. Ken will email Swims & Sweeps and let him know we don’t want that repaired right now.
New Business
Repairing Chairs
Jenessa is going to take a sample of fabric and see how much it is to repair chairs so we can do it for next year.

Things that need to be done next year.
We will need to replace Sand in the filters. It is suppose to be done every 5 years and no one know when it was done. We also have 2 pipes that are leaking in pump room. Can’t fix while the pool is up and running. Fix water hydrants on the outside due to Waste of water. These are things that need to be done next year once we get money coming in.
Next Meeting will be scheduled for when we shut down pool.
